Chef Alberto Alboreggia
Executive Chef – Sorrentino’s Downtown
Chef Alberto Alboreggia began his culinary odyssey as a Sous Chef at Locanda del Ghitello in Switzerland in 2004. He then moved on as Italian Head Chef at the Kempinski Hotel in Amman Jordan.
From there he assumed s position as Executive Chef and Partner at Tavola Beijing restaurant in Shanghai for 5 years.
In 2014 Chef Alberto became the General Manager and Executive Chef at the Opera House Italian fine dining in Hong Kong.
Before joining the Sorrentiono’s Restaurant Group in 2015 he served as Food and Beverage Director for the International Culture Wine Food Festival in Guangdong, China.
