Chef Vinh Tran – Chef / Owner

Vinh Tran was born and raised in Vietnam but immigrated to Canada when he was 10 years old.

Tran worked as a sushi chef in Edmonton Japanese restaurants for 15 years before embarking on his own venture

Five years ago, he started Sushi by Vinh Incorporated, his own catering business. Chef Tran has enjoyed the creative freedom that his own business brings.
