Chef Bryan Goulet
Creative Quality Catering
Bryan was born and raised in Edmonton and started his culinary journey at the age of 15 when he worked at ‘The Old Spaghetti Factory’. From there he moved to ‘Ernie’s Steak Pit’ where he worked his way up from Cooks helper to Chef at the age of 18. While working at Ernie’s he attended the NAIT culinary program. From there his career took him to a variety of restaurants including Citadel Theatre, Bailey’s and the Regency Hotel. Looking for a change Bryan became a meat cutter and sausage maker at Van’s Sausage for 3 years. Missing the culinary scene he moved to Northlands and then the Agricom where he met his wife. Together Bryan and his wife started Creative Quality Catering which is going strong to this day. Creative Quality Catering prides itself in ‘all world cuisine’ catering to movies, wedding, triathlon VIP tent, house parties and more.
