A world traveler that has seen more than 40 countries along his journey, collecting flavours and experiences that he brings to those who come to his restaurants or to one of his dining experiences. A small business owner, Eric also consults for restaurants, hotels as well as teaches private cooking classes and loves to give to create unique celebrations for people in their homes. He’s been found in the kitchen at Prairie Noodle Shop pouring broths and shaking noodles since their first pop up in 2014. Most recently, Chef Hanson won the Bronze medal at the Canadian Culinary Championship in Kelowna beating 107 chefs from 11 cities across the country.
