Chef Ram Sharda’s over 17 years of experience in food and beverage operations. His exceptional management skills have taken him to one the highest ranked Hilton hotels in the United States as well the Marriott group of hotels in Canada.

His recent experience includes the Culinary pre-opening of Rogers place where he was responsible for implementing HSQA processes, menu creation, costing and labor forecasting.
