Chef Max Stepanyuk – Rge Rd
Max Stepanyuk, moved to Edmonton in 2009 from Ukraine. Soon after he found a passion for food and hospitality. Max became involved with local culinary competitions through school which led to working in a number of Edmonton restaurants such Corso 32, Bar Bricco and now Rge Rd. His style of food has many influences but Italy, France and Scandinavia have had the biggest impact. He has a strong love for and personal experience with bread and brewing.
