Over the past couple of years we have had a couple of Club members act as guest mentor Chefs.  They set the menu, select the wines, circulate the recipes, order the ingredients and organize the participants to present what has turned out to be some memorable evenings.

This year one of the Edmonton Gentlemens Dinner Club founding members, Tom Orysiuk, took on the entire job singlehandedly.  This was a lot of work for one person but in the end we all enjoyed another successful event..
